• Exploit bugs or use unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including graphics, text, and code, is owned by Hybrid Theory Games Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 By submitting content (e.g., chat messages, artwork) to the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

7.2 You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
